Everything the treasurer checks, on one screen

Most societies already keep accounts in Tally: each flat or shop is a ledger, maintenance is billed every month and receipts are set against the bills. HisaabDesk reads that same data and shows the society at a glance – billed vs collected, dues by age, advances, expenses by head, bank, cash, funds and FDs.

  • Monthly maintenance bills – each unit’s bill is prepared from its last bill (tenant or non-occupancy charges included). You see the full list first; the bills are posted in Tally only when you press Confirm.
  • Member dues and reminders – who owes how much and for how long, with a WhatsApp reminder for each member.
  • Bill PDFs with UPI QR – members pay straight from the bill.
  • Income & expenses – month and year to date by head: security, housekeeping, electricity, lift AMC, repairs.
  • Bank, funds & FDs – balances, corpus and sinking funds, and FDs with maturity alerts.
  • Committee reports – a monthly report and member statements as PDFs.
  • Bank matching – load the bank statement (Excel / CSV) to see which receipts and payments are not yet in Tally, with a bank reconciliation.

Why societies like it

  • Your auditor still gets Tally – all entries are normal Tally vouchers.
  • No member data in the cloud – HisaabDesk runs on the society’s or accountant’s PC.
  • Works for the accountant too – accountants who keep books for several societies can see them all in HisaabDesk Practice.

Available across India

HisaabDesk is installed and supported remotely, so it works the same in every city and town – Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, Jaipur, Indore, Lucknow and everywhere else. The demo is on Google Meet or WhatsApp video, setup is over AnyDesk, and support is on WhatsApp in English, Hindi and Gujarati.

Questions

Do we need to change how our society’s books are kept in Tally?

No. HisaabDesk works with the usual setup – each flat or shop as a ledger under Sundry Debtors, monthly maintenance bills and member receipts.

Can it post the monthly maintenance bills in Tally?

Yes. It prepares every unit’s bill from its last bill, shows the list, and posts the bills in Tally only after you press Confirm.

Can members get their bill and pay by UPI?

Yes. Bill PDFs carry a UPI QR code, and WhatsApp reminders can be sent to members with dues.

Our accountant keeps the books. Can they use it?

Yes – on the PC where the society’s Tally company is. Accountants who manage several societies can use HisaabDesk Practice.

Which plan does a society need?

Committee reports and bank matching are in Pro (₹9,999 a year for one Tally company on one PC). To run the society and a business on the same PC, choose Business (2 companies). We suggest the right plan in a free demo.
